Returns Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery.
All digital guides, physical guides, and print packs are final sale.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it and be unused. Customers are responsible for safely packaging items for return delivery. Once the return is received and approved by us, we will issue a refund to the card used for the original purchase. We are not responsible for the time it takes for your financial institution to process refunds.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your package arrives damaged, please let us know right away so we can make it right!
