Slap it your backpack, jacket, or field bag using an iron, thread, or fabric glue. Once it's on, it's on for good. (The department prefers explorers who are hard to shake.)
It's a woven patch, measuring 1.5 inches. Ironing is the fastest method, so grab a grown-up to handle the hot part. Full instructions are tucked inside.
